TENDENCIAS EN LA PRODUCCIÓN CIENTÍFICA SOBRE COMPETENCIAS SOCIOEMOCIONALES EN LA EDUCACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA: UN ANÁLISIS BIBLIOMÉTRICO

Resumen
Introducción: Las competencias socioemocionales son fundamentales en el ámbito universitario y han sido objeto de atención en la literatura científica reciente. Sin embargo, persiste la incertidumbre sobre las principales tendencias en este campo.Objetivo: Identificar y analizar las tendencias actuales en la literatura sobre competencias socioemocionales en estudiantes universitarios.Metodología: Se llevó a cabo una revisión bibliométrica de estudios publicados entre 2004 y 2024. Se emplearon herramientas de análisis bibliométrico para evaluar la producción científica relacionada, se consideraron la cantidad de publicaciones, las citas y los autores más influyentes.Resultados: La revisión bibliométrica indica un aumento significativo en la producción científica sobre competencias socioemocionales. Se identifican áreas clave de investigación, como el impacto de estas competencias en el rendimiento académico y el bienestar de los estudiantes.Conclusiones: Los hallazgos subrayan la creciente relevancia de las competencias socioemocionales en la educación superior. Se sugiere fomentar su inclusión en los programas académicos para mejorar la experiencia y el éxito estudiantil.
